Refund Policy

I strive to deliver high-quality writing services that meet your specific needs. This policy outlines my refund structure for completed work and revisions.

Content Writing Services:

Refunds are not available for completed content writing projects.
I understand revisions may be necessary to achieve your desired outcome. I'm happy to complete revisions to shorten, expand, or modify the copy at no additional cost until you are satisfied with the final product.
Revisions are intended to refine existing content, not to create entirely new content based on a different direction. However, I will rewrite copy in cases of demonstrable misunderstanding of the content guide you provide during the intake process.

Abandoned Projects:

I do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or inactive for more than 15 days.

Revision Policy

I offer one round of revisions at no additional cost to shorten, expand, or modify the copy until you are satisfied with the final product.

Cancellation Policy

In the event a project is terminated by mutual agreement, all work will be halted immediately and you will retain full ownership of all completed work and working drafts.

Outstanding invoices for completed and partially completed work will be sent within 3 days.
Any payments made for further development beyond the completed work will be forfeited and not refunded.

Additionally, no refunds will be issued for previous payments or deposits made on the project.

Delivery Policy

This policy outlines my approach to ensuring your copywriting projects are completed and delivered according to a mutually agreed-upon schedule.

Content Calendars:

All copywriting services are delivered based on a Content Calendar. This calendar will detail the specific services provided, including the type of content, word count, and deadlines for each deliverable.
I will not begin any project until both you and I have reviewed and agreed upon the Content Calendar.

Communication:

Open communication is encouraged throughout the project. If you have any questions or require adjustments to the Content Calendar, please let me know as soon as possible.
